About

What is Music Therapy

Therapy can be healing and communicative, serving as an avenue for self-awareness and discovery. It can also help in developing social skills. Whatever your goal may be, working with a music therapist can harness the power of music as a vehicle for these transformative processes. This approach may involve songwriting, listening, verbal processing, drumming, talking, and much more, making music therapy an effective choice for many.

Treatment Focus

The focus of our music therapy is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan with a music therapist.
